Happy Thanksgiving everyone – First off, I just cannot tell ya’ll how grateful I am for each and every one of you!

This coming Tuesday, November 29th,  I will be hosting my very first event at one of my absolute FAVORITE stores…TOPSHOP! {Insert happy dance here!!!}

It has been such an exciting journey this past year – I honestly remember sitting at home on New Years Eve, buzzed off of some champs, and the renewed resolution to follow my dreams of becoming a full-time blogger – like I literally began to e-mail a s*it ton of people that night as the clock struck midnight (I advise waiting to avoid typos, but hey A for effort right?!).

So you can imagine my total excitement when I began working with the Topshop crew earlier this year! They have seriously been so supportive of my blog ever since they moved into town at Fashion Valley Mall, about a month or two after I did – I remember capturing their opening with the line around the block and it was so cool to see other people just as stoked as I was!

Not only do they have some of the coolest pieces at super affordable price points – they throw the best parties – from their killer dinners, and events at the Quartyard, to their fun in-store shopping parties – there is never a dull moment, and I always love the cool energy and vibes the Topshop crew brings into the mix!

When I created Chic & Disheveled, I wasn’t really sure where it would go and more importantly – what my purpose behind it was. I feel like there can be so much pressure to be perfect from the very beginning and so enjoying the process can be somewhat of a challenge. This year I have really learned to have a little faith though – just because we don’t always know where we are going right away, doesn’t mean there won’t be an incredible outcome once we get there!

Seriously though – super stoked about this coming Tuesday – for all of my local peeps – we are going to have so much fun! There will be DJ CIA to liven things up, yummy bites and my fave Medicine Man juice from True Food, Jesse from Heneberry Whiskey a really cool local Whiskey brand, plus a the ladies from Hyde-Edwards Salon are coming out to play dress up and hair with us and are offering a complimentary braid bar! #score!

The TS team has even offered a discount of 15% off the whole store – so its the perfect way to blow off some steam after Black Friday, Shop Local Saturday, and Cyber Monday – I’m calling it Treat Yo-self to Topshop Tuesday! 🙂
