              So excited to hang with my mom and sis for Unleash
              So excited to hang with my mom and sis for Unleash the Power Within with @tonyrobbins and an incredible lineup of game changers this weekend! UPW has been such an amazing and insightful experience that has helped me grow tremendously in all aspects of my life over the past year and the community is amazing! 🧠🔥😅💪🏼 We get a AirBnB for a full immersion experience and when packing this year I realized there are some tips for maximizing comfort I thought I would share! 🙃 ✅ There is a ton of jumping! Stretch and hydrate and wear a sports bra and/or clothing that supports movement ✅ I love a fabulous fashion moment but dangling earrings and jewelry will literally poke your eye out (or your besties you convinced to do this event with you) so opt for limited jewelry - I swapped my fave earrings for some screw back studs ✅ they provide an amazing workbook but I also like to have another blank notebook and plenty of pens and highlighters to organize my thoughts with for when I need to refer back to the notes ✅ An open heart and honesty (with yourself) is crucial to maximize the experience. Leaving masks and egos at the door can be hard but this community is so incredible! The more you give the more you get! UPW has been such a game changer for breaking old patterns, developing my courage, strengthening my mental health and expanding my willingness to try new things!
