I don’t know about you, but when I go on vacation, I have a tendency to overpack.

It all starts out well…I have a game plan of what to bring with me, a list even – but then out of nowhere I add ‘last minute’ essentials that I almost never end up using, just lugging around with me.

So this Labor Day weekend, I decided to adopt a less-is-more philosophy for my trip to Los Cabos – instead of looking at all of clothes and accessories and saying ‘this would be cute’ and throwing it in my bag, I decided to stop and smell the reality – when in Los Cabos I don’t need skinny jeans in 90 degree (plus humidity) heat, or stilettos.
