The 4th of July weekend is upon us and there is really only one question on every girl’s mind, what to wear!

Last week I was asking myself just that and so I headed out in search of the perfect outfit to celebrate our country. I know that the immediate go-to for some gals is some good ole’ red white and blue, but I decided to go with something less traditional. What is the point of having all this freedom if we don’t exercise it, amiright?

I love stars and stripes both equally so today I am sharing some fun classic options that will give you the freedom to either without looking like an American Flag that got separated from its pole.

I am obsessed with blue and white stripes lately! Chambray, linen, cotton…you name it and I pretty much love it. It just screams American Classic! I was super stoked to pick up this Striped Ruffle Dress from Old Navy, but there are so many fun and affordable options out there! A pair of white or denim kicks and a classic gold time piece pretty much seal the deal and are perfect regardless of if you are traveling the globe, or at a BBQ with the fam.
