One of my all time favorite things about NYFW is the steps at Lincoln Center, it is essentially a frenzy of fashion bloggers, photographers, and onlookers all hoping to catch a glimpse (or give a glimpse) of cutting edge style. One one of my few days off I headed to the eye of the storm in order to capture some of my favorite looks.

To be honest, when I started working at the shows I was super intimidated by this scene. Now having started fashion blogging myself I find it all rather comical. Rather than people depicting their true sense of signature style it seems to be more about who can wear the most outrageous outfit to get noticed. I even saw one girl in a sponge bob square pants costume complete with happy meal as her clutch…they still make Happy Meals in boxes…or is that considered vintage?!

As a true patron to the art of style I did my best to sift through the madness and find some real street style that I admired! I also included some pics of my outfit for the Lacoste SS15 show, my spiked Steve Maddens were a big hit but were quickly exchanged for some Scalloped Flats I found at H&M immediately after the show!
