Chic Travels // Errands in Provence
Bonjour!
I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! I have had a great time spending some quality time with my family in the South of France surrounded by lavender fields and loved ones. My brother tied the knot yesterday and the celebration was everything I imagined it would be, including dancing under the stars as rain began to fall.
With all of the last minute baguette runs and wedding errands to run it was important to be comfortable but stay as stylish as possible in the event that we would have some time to venture off and explore ancient ruins like the Pon Du Guard aqueducts. The weather has been beautiful but also slightly unpredictable so I have opted to layer accordingly and bring lots of hats to protect my face from the sun! I have found lightweight tank-tops and gauzy button downs to be a great combo because you can always tie your long sleeve around your waist (or shoulders on dressier occasions) if you get hot!
I brought my Nikon with me and have been snapping away as we go. I cannot wait to share my photo journal with you once I complete it all! There are so many beautiful and historical sights that have made me truly appreciate travel and explore more corners of the globe! In the meantime…
