Los_Cabos_Packing_List

For my first trip out to Los Cabos I packed waaaaay too much stuff.  I had like 15 tops, 7 swim suits, 5 or so pairs of shoes and a grip of jewelry just to name a few of the things that I managed to shove into my suitcase. This time around I feel way more prepared. Sundresses and sandals are the key to packing light and feeling put together.

Last trip I also discovered that rocking a Louis Vuitton Neverfull for my daily meetings around town was completely unnecessary. While it is a trusty travel companion, the bag lives up to its name and so it ends up weighing close to 50 pounds by the time its locked and loaded with a bunch of stuff I ‘might’ need. This go around I decided it would be best to keep my hands as free as possible so I can take more photos so I opted to bring a back-pack instead.

I have been looking for the perfect black back-pack for awhile and as fate would have it I found one this past Wednesday at the Vince Camuto opening at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego. It is made of a durable black pebbled leather so it will take a beating from being on the road. Plus, it is the perfect size to carry all of my travel essentials; passport, sunglasses, polaroid camera, i-pad headphones, my phone and some chapstick. Awesome right?! It even has a designated pocket for my phone so I won’t lose it!

I also wanted to share a few travel staples I have had my eyes on, I am particularly obsessed with caged sandals right now! What are your favorite packing essentials?
