One of the biggest hurdles with the Spring is that the weather can change its mind in a matter of moments. My favorite go-to option for some lighter coverage is an olive green army jacket. I have acquired a few over the years and love how each one has its own character. From a traditional army print to a less is more anorak fabrication there are so many options to choose from!

Olive is a surprisingly neutral color too which is great because the transitional period from Spring to Summer in San Diego is so brief I don’t want to fill my closet with jackets I can only wear several months out of the year.  From adding a pop of red into the mix, to casually throwing it over an array of prints, I am amazed at how many new ways I have found to wear it!

I found a few fun options I wanted to share with you, but I also want to give a shout out to my fave f-blogger Julie Sarinana. She has launched a full-fledged clothing line and just added a military jacket into the mix. Check her version out here! What is your go-to option for temperamental weather?!
