The Accessory that Will Instantly Elevate Your Style

The cabby cap (a.k.a. the newsboy cap) is one of the most iconic hats in American history.

What started out as a cap worn only by newsboys or affluent men off duty, the Cabby has managed to realize its full potential in the land of opportunity re-emerging as one of the ‘it’ accessories for women in 2018. The coif topper can now be found on some of the most stylish heads in America (not to mention counties around the globe).

The cabby cap is one of my favorite styles to wear because it is so easy to style. It instantly elevates an off-duty look and adds some edge to dressier outfits. There are so many cool options out there to suit any girl (or guys) personal style, plus it’s universally flattering and can be worn year round. Score!

In Paris, it can be really tempting to rock a beret and if I am being completely honest I brought two of them on my last trip. That being said, it was my wine colored cabby that stole the show. It was so easy to wear and I kept getting compliments on it, so I pretty much wore it the whole trip! I figured hey, if it ain’t broke…don’t break it, right?!
