Growing up I was always obsessed with Princesses, Castles far far away, dragons and Knights…we can probably chalk that up to growing up during the Disney era where princesses ruled the big screen. While in Provence our family had the opportunity to tour Chateau du Barroux which is nestled in the hills near the town we stayed. It was truly incredible to see a castle up close and get a better sense for what life must have really been like long ago.

Afterwards we were headed to my brothers wedding rehearsal and I needed something that was comfortable but could be dressed up at a moments notice. I picked up this Castle Couture jumpsuit at Velvet Boutique and figured it was the perfect piece to take me from the day well into the evening. It is super stretchy, and comfortable but definitely cleans up nicely. I love how versatile it is and have found multiple ways to tie and wear it.

Black jumpsuits are something I am convinced every woman needs in her wardrobe. You can wear them during the day, night, on the weekend out to dinner….pretty much anywhere. Its like a LBD with legs. For pieces like this jewelry really sets the overall tone of the outfit and can help change the look completely. For this look I opted for some statement earrings and a comfy pair of black heels that I knew I could roam around in without paying for it later.
