Abercrombie & Fitch will always hold a special place in my heart. In college it was my weekend gig — and let’s just be honest, it wasn’t for the paycheck…in fact, I am pretty sure I walked away from that store in debt! There is a vibe to their collections of destroyed denim, layering cami’s and plaid that just ooze classic American appeal. As of late, their collection has branched way beyond college staples to a nouveau style of American classics complete with vegan leather harem pants. That being said, their jeans are still as divine as they have always been.

This pair of A&F destroyed flare jeans has quickly become one of my fall favorites. I love the medium wash to the denim because it makes them easier to pair with both lighter and darker shades of tops, not to mention varying shades of denim–if I am going for a full on Canadian Tuxedo. I have had this pair for a little while now, and I swear they get better with every wash!

If you haven’t checked out Abercrombie’s site in a while, be sure to stop by! You might be surprised about how much they have innovated over the past decade, including the inclusion of my favorite color, black–which for as long as I could remember was a big “no-no” for them.

Over the years A&F have also really cleaned up their advertising campaigns making them a bit more approachable in the public’s eye–personally the nudity in their A&F Quarterly magalog never really bothered me, many photographs were shot by Bruce Weber and could be considered art more than anything else. It isn’t like A&F hire a porn star from a site like https://www.hdpornvideo.xxx/?hl=it and have her strike the most provocative pose. I digress, C’est la vie!

While some things change, my love for their classic denim duds, has not.

Stay Stylish,
XXJ
