Chic & Disheveled’s Fall Fitness Routine.

Super excited to share a look into my Fall fitness routine at Art of Eight Training & Fitness Center in San Diego.
As many of you know by now, I love to box because it is both a wicked full body workout, and a great stress reliever.
While the classes at AO8 are great, there is nothing like some one on one time with 4 time National Boxing Champ Danny Dynamite Perez to take things up a notch.
I am heading to Cabo this next week to film a video where I will be paddle boarding in a bikini, and letsbehonest – no matter how much anyone works out, situations like this can be a little nerve racking!
So to prep, Danny has been working with me on some fun high-intensity moves to help keep my core, and arms in particular extra toned so I’m ready to rock and roll…er paddle.
