It has been so nice spending the Summer enjoying the sunshine, good eats and ditching my loungewear for the occasional date night or family outing with John and Zoë. As I focus on shopping more consciously, one hot tip is that I like to take an inventory of what I have in my closet to see what will help me remix what I already have, replace something that is beyond repair or fill a gap in my wardrobe. That way I end up with a versatile yet cohesive wardrobe that can do the most, with the least.

One of my favorite pieces I added to my wardrobe this summer is a satin sage green midi skirt by Camila Coelho, she knows how to dress a woman with curves. I have been dying to add a satin skirt to my collection FOR.EV.ER but the cut was always off in the hips, or the length wasn’t right. This one is perfect, and the color is so good.

I paired with with a super cute eyelet corset top by Superdown, I really love their pieces because they are extremely affordable but they are very well constructed, if you are looking for ways to ease out of fast fashion, this is a great stepping stone. The one I am wearing is from two years ago and still looks brand new, but it is also sold out so I have linked one similar here.
