When I started my new job I was lugging around a lot of paperwork. My mom was in town and she politely suggested that rather than looking like a scatterbrained student running around with 3 bags, my laptop and a bunch of papers on the loose, I elect for a more elegant solution…like a briefcase. I gave here that mommm look, but she insisted we go to Nordstrom and take a peek around.

I have always loved 3.1 Phillip Lim, but had never really seriously looked at his selection of handbags. When I saw the Pashli satchel it was love at first sight! I love how business like the structure is, but they are also really edgy in their design! With mixed fabrications and fabulous color combinations there is something for every fashion forward business woman.

I was lucky enough to find a black matte leather version with cobalt trim (that happened to match my Marc Jacobs clutch perfectly) and knew my fate was sealed. I have been using it for about a month now and couldn’t be happier! Check out the awesome variety Nordstrom has here, and always…
