Bags are one of my favorite ways to spend money and I’m not pointing any fingers but to be honest, I think its genetic!

Growing up, my moms handbag collection was and still is a thing of beauty.  Vintage Gucci and Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs quilted satchels, and Balenciaga City bags to name a few. Very well curated, but also very expensive.

When I worked in the corporate world, dropping $1800 for my Louis Vuitton Neverfull was no big deal, but as I have ventured off into the world of self-employment…my paychecks aren’t quite what they used to be (yet!).

As a result, I have found some other fun ways to curate just as cool of a handbag collection, without having to take out a loan or pull out my credit card to do it!

Amazon is honestly one of my favorite places to buy handbags these days, in fact, my last 4 bags are from there and not only are they each under $100.00, they have received so many compliments it reinforced one of my core beliefs that good style doesn’t have to cost buku bucks! ! Each bag is unique and many of them are hand crafted and made of leather, so the quality isn’t bad!

While I still love a good designer bag, there less expensive cousins are such a fun way to spice up your wardrobe no matter your budget, and if you travel a bunch and are super hard on your stuff, if you ruin it…you won’t be kicking yourself quite as hard as if your pen explodes.
