Happy #FitnessFriday peeps!

You may have noticed that I like to box 🙂

Honestly, if you had asked me like…2 years ago if I would ever think that boxing would be my jam, I would laugh at you! I was a full blown yogi…like the – wake up with my yogitoes and my mat and sweat it out in peace kind of yogi. Now I’m constantly looking for the newest best boxing gloves!

As I sit here typing, I can honestly tell you boxing is one of the most amazing workouts I have ever done, and I have never seen such amazing results from a workout…like ever. From toning, and cardio, to mental endurance and strength – this is the kind of workout that wants 100% from you, but will return the favor with 110% worth of results.

That is why I am super excited to share that I will be partnering with former 2 time state, and 4 time National NABF Welterweight Champion Danny ‘Dynamite’ Perez, and my home away from home {aka Art of Eight Training} to bring boxing to YOU!

That’s right! We are doing a fun fitness series that you can follow along with and learn the basics of boxing while getting a killer sweat sesh in without even having to leave the living room!
