One of the cool things about frequently visiting another destination is that you start to make friends! I have met so many fun people who have moved from all over the world to call Cabo home. So when I am in town, I make a point to keep my nights free because you never know where the night will take you!

On one such evening I attended a party at Drift Boutique Hotel. I was super excited to check the place out because it totally seems like my style. A DJ playing some funky beats, Mezcal behind the bar, Acapulco chairs, succulents and bull head skulls…I was a happy clam and felt right at home. During the course of the evening I spotted a the most amazing necklace on this chic wearing a black fedora…I considered it fate.

The black-hat beauty is Diana Villareal, and the necklace I am rocking in this post is from her line, Calexico (find her on IG at @soycalexico). All of her pieces are handmade and durable as F%*# which is perfect for someone like me who may tend to throw things around a little bit.
