Boyfriend jeans have become one of my wardrobe staples year-round. Its a pretty new development for me, to be honest I avoided baggy jeans like the plague because I was afraid they would make my derriere in all of the wrong places. But as I have come to find out, not all boyfriend jeans are created equal! If you haven’t tried them yet, give them a go! You may find yourself pleasantly surprised!I found my fave pair at Nordstrom, but there are options everywhere! To help get you better acquainted here are some tips:

Don’t buy baggy– Trust me on this one- they get baggier with wear and the last thing you want to have is saggy bottom syndrome!

Try Distressed– I love distressed boyfriend jeans because it ads an extra element of grit! Plus they age like fine wine.

Dabble in color– Black, white, stonewashed…the options are pretty endless!

Now, about this look! I have really been into looser fitting clothing lately because it is so hot! I found this really delicately detailed top and laser-cut tote bag at H&M for under $40! If you are looking for a fun summer heel try adding raffia into the mix, it adds a little something without going overboard!
