When I saw H&M’s recent collection of statement T’s I couldn’t resist picking up a few! Their material is the perfect weight for hot summer days in Arizona and the sayings like “J’Aime Les Mauvais Garcons” aka “I like bad boys” and “No.9” as in Chanel No.9 are to fun to pass up!

Instead of dressing a tank with cutoff’s or a basic skinny jean, I opted for Joe’s leggings with a fun zipper detail in a stonewashed grey finish. Since the shirt is grey as well the colors compliment eachother. It is really important to consider proportions when wearing leggings! I always like to make sure the shirt I wear is longer and hits the top of my thigh. To make sure I am not swimming in fabric I like to layer a more fitted piece over my top, like this Zac Posen cardigan.

To play up the ‘bad boy’ loving theme I opted for a spiked bangle I got at Urban Outfitters, but aside from that, my jewelry is pretty limited to my everyday pieces like my RayBan sunnies, LOVE necklace, and heart ring. I kept the shoes in the same color tone of grey as my pant to help elongate my legs, us shorties gotta add some height where we can!
