I don’t know about you, but Sports bras are one of my favorite parts of a workout wardrobe! Different colors, patterns, straps and styles make it such a fun endeavor. Lately I have even been wearing some of my sports bras out on the town when I am off duty. I have found they pair perfectly with loose fitting T’s and jeans or flowy maxi skirts, especially the throwback styles from Adidas and the cute new croptop options by Ivy Park.

That being said all sports bras are not created equally! Annoying straps that cause backfat, bras with no coverage, bras that give you uniboob – it can be super frustrating trying to find the right one, and at $50+ a pop for a well-made bra it can be expensive! You may want to research extensively before deciding which is the best for you. Don’t worry it won’t take you long to find the Number 1 sports bras for your body. I have found that inexpensive sports bras just don’t last as long through the constant washing and wearing and the elasticity begins to give out so I tend to spend a little bit more in this area.

Personally I like to mix it up in this department so I have a variety of styles from lululemon, Adidas and YOGASMOGA to name a few. Since I workout 6 times a week and wear them outside of the gym – you might say I wear a lot of sports bras, like a lot a lot. So I have gone through brand after brand and style after style to seek out the best ones out there! From the minimalist to the street style savant, I’ve got you! Check out my top 5 styles worth the splurge and let me know what you think! Do you have a sports bra that you could just live in? I want to know, so drop a comment below!

xx,
Jess
